• Dedicated OOA (Onsite Overnight Assistance) quarters positioned for visibility and operational efficiency.

• Custom joinery and pull-down robes for participant comfort and independence.

• Dual-drawer dishwashers, adjustable benchtops, and accessible appliance layout supporting user autonomy.

• Low-maintenance landscaping that promotes outdoor connection without ongoing upkeep burdens.
